What file formats do you accept for printing projects?
At SunTop, we prioritize seamless workflows and exceptional print quality. To ensure optimal results, we recommend the following file formats:

.ai (Adobe Illustrator Artwork): Ideal for vector graphics and illustrations, offering scalability for various print sizes.

.eps (Encapsulated PostScript): High-resolution vector graphics format for intricate illustrations, maintaining precision for large-scale printing.

.pdf (Portable Document Format): Our preferred format for most projects. Submit a single PDF with all pages, embedded fonts, and high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).

Can I get printing samples?

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) required for printing?
At SunTop, we understand that "one size fits all" doesn't apply to printing needs. While our standard MOQ is typically around 1,000 units, we prioritize flexibility. Here's what sets us apart:

Are "Printed in China" markings required on packaging and books?
Absolutely. In accordance with international trade regulations, incorporating a clear country of origin marking, such as "Printed in PRC" or "Printed in China," on your packaging is essential. This practice serves the important purpose of ensuring transparency in the supply chain by identifying the source country of the product. Adhering to these markings also facilitates compliance with import and export controls. For optimal visibility, the recommended minimum font size for the country of origin marking is 8 points, and it should utilize a contrasting color compared to the background for legibility.
Can you print adult content, religious or political material?
Due to legal restrictions in China, where our printing facilities are located, we cannot fulfill orders containing adult content, religious iconography, or political messaging. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

How can I make a payment?
