Terms & Conditions

    1. Request a Quote – Submit size, quantity, and finish to receive your custom quote.

    2. Send Artwork – Provide high-res AI or PDF files with bleed.

    3. Confirm & Deposit – Approve the quote and pay a 50% deposit.

    4. Approve Proof – Review and confirm your digital proof.

    5. Production – We print using ISO-certified, G7-standard presses.

    6. Delivery – Pay the balance and receive tracked DDP shipping.

    • Guaranteed defect rate < 0.01%

    • Batches exceeding this threshold are remade free of charge.

    • Includes G7/Pantone matching with free digital proof.

    • Hard-copy sample available for USD 200 upon request.

    • Air express: 3–5 days door-to-door

    • Sea shipping: 25–35 days port-to-door

    • Full insurance coverage and customs documents provided.

  • Clients must own or license all submitted artwork. SunTop reserves the right to reject content that infringes IP rights or contains political/religious sensitivity.

    • Force Majeure: Not liable for uncontrollable delays.

    • Jurisdiction: Governed by Chinese law.

Return & Replacement Policy

  • We stand behind every order with our 3-point protection guarantee. If there are production defects, we offer a free reprint within 180 days of delivery. In the case of a wrong item shipped, we will resend the correct product with 100% free reprint and shipping. For any shipping damage, simply report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a full replacement at no additional cost.
