Returns

Incorrect Orders: Did we make a mistake? If we printed the wrong design or quantity, notify us within 180 days of receiving your order. We'll reprint and ship the correct items at no extra cost.

Damaged Shipments: Arrived damaged? Contact us immediately. We might require photos of the damage for the shipping claim. We'll then either refund or reprint and resend your order, depending on the situation.

Refunds

• Defective Products: If your order's defective, we'll offer a full refund or reprint it, based on your preference.

• Incorrect Orders: Our mistake? We'll either issue a full refund or reprint the correct items, depending on your choice.

• Damaged Shipments: In cases of damaged shipments, we'll work with you to either issue a refund or resend the order, depending on the severity of the damage and your preference.
